The Green Market

The Green Market

The sun keeps shining, things keep growing, and we all benefit from the fruits of the Green Market Vendors’ labors with access to the fantastic food they provide.  Without these amazing people our food options would be much less tasty, and much less secure.  Buying local gives you the ability to know where your food comes from, and the chance to shake the hand of the very person who produced it.  Buying local AND sustainable increases the benefits to you by knowing you’re eating something that was raised in harmony with the earth and with your well being in mind.  Keep those happy thoughts with you as you trek on down to the Green Market this week, and give thanks for the gift of good food you give to yourself.  We’ll see you on Friday!
