Springtime at The Farm!
Ahh... Warmer temperatures, birdsongs, bits o' green appearing in the pastures, and exciting events are buzzing in The Loft to welcome Spring!
There's so much to see, taste, and experience on the Farm! When you come visit Traders Point Farm and Creamery in the Spring, you have the opportunity to visit the newborn calves, watch the cows being milked, eat in The Loft, or treat yourself to a delicious milkshake, parfait, or float at The Dairy Bar.
It's the time of year to enjoy the beauty of the Earth as it awakens. Come enjoy one of Indiana's hidden treasures!

Organic Chicken Dinner Night in The Loft!
We still have a few spots available for our Chicken Dinner this Friday from 6-9pm! This 3-course, delicious dinner begins with a chicory salad with roasted shallot vinaigrette. The main course is lemon-fennel crusted, cast-iron skillet chicken, served with cranberry bourbon glazed sweet potatoes and sauteed haricot vert (delicious thin green beans) and pecans. The vegetarian option is pasta primavera with organic spaghetti noodles dressed in a creamy vegetable sauce.
The dinner is finished off with a sensational waffle bowl sundae. These house made waffle bowls are filled with TPC Banana and Caramel ice cream, topped with cardamon sauce!

St. Patrick's Day Brunch
Bring the whole family on March 15 for a St. Patrick's Brunch! Along with our favorite Brunch Menu, we will feature the ever popular "Green Eggs and Ham". For those who "will not eat them" in The Loft, we will offer a more traditional plate, corned beef omelette. We will also have Mint Mimosas, Irish Coffee, and Mint Hot Chocolate available.
Saturday Morning Breakfast
Come join us for our weekly Saturday Morning Breakfast in The Loft! Breakfast will be served from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The Menu includes Fromage Egg Scramble, Gunthorp's Bacon, Skillet Potatoes, Housemade biscuit and TPC Yogurt.
Beverages include Coffee, Iced Tea, Lemonade, or Whole Milk.
$10 adults $6.50 kiddies
Lunch to Follow Breakfast from 11:30 to 3pm.

St. Patrick's Day Lunch - March 17th
Looking for a way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and the Greening of Spring? Come enjoy traditional Irish fare in The Loft, Tuesday, March 17th!
The Chef's will feature Corned-Beef and Cabbage, Specialty Burgers, Irish Stout Soup, Irish Coffee, and Beer.
Wine, Cheese, & Jazz Night: March 26th
We are taking reservations!! This month's Wine Tasting will feature European Wines! The wines will be complimented with tasting samples of TPC’s Award Winning cheeses. Each wine, our signature cheese plate, and our delicious housemade chili and soups will be available for purchase. Menu and Music details will be available soon on our website! Winter Farmers' Market
Enjoy a unique shopping experience at our Winter Farmers' Market, Saturday, March 14th. The Market runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in The Red Barn.

Recipe of the Week
Shamrock Shake
Ingredients:
2 cups TPC vanilla ice cream
1 cup TPC whole milk
1/4 tsp mint extract
8 drops natural green food coloring
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Enjoy!!
