We are starting off April with a bang! Today through April 5th we are making our signature Farm Fresh burger even better by adding pieces of organic bacon, fresh onions, and a scoop of our own Fromage to the inside of our 100% grass-fed ground beef. This scrumptious Stuffed Burger is paired with a small shake for $10

Seed Exchange
Last week's Seed exchange brought a lot of interest to buy and seeds from near and far. Slow Foods is going to have more seeds ready for purchase at the end of the growing season this year. Watch for the next opportunity to participart in this events at the end of the year markets.
The Creamery Cafe Welcomes Erika Yochum
We are happy to announce that Erika Yochum, the creative chef extraordinaire of Harvest Lodge Catering will be joining The Creamery Café team. Some of you may already be familiar with Erika’s tasty treats as she and Harvest Lodge Catering are a regular vendor at The Green Market.
There will be delicious goodies galore from Erika who is no stranger to our kitchen. In January she partnered with The Creamery Café for our SOLD OUT and most sucessful Tamale Party!
We hope you will enjoy her delectable new lunch menu served Wednesday through Saturday, 11:30am-2:00pm. You will be totally amazed at her creative cuisine, Dairy Bar treats, and scrumptous baked goods!

Come by any Saturday through the end of April to see what we're all about. The Green Market runs from 9am-12noon in rain, snow, hot and cold weather. The Creamery Cafe serves breakfast from 9-11:30am and lunch from 11:30am-2pm so no matter what time you get here, there's a hot meal waiting. Keep in mind most of our vendors accept cash and check only. A few vendors can accept credit and debit cards. The Farm Store, The Dairy Bar, and The Creamery Cafe all accept cash, check, credit, and debit cards.

Embarking upon its fifth year of production, Traders Point Creamery is excited to announce that Giant Eagle, Inc will now being carrying our products! Giant Eagle, Inc. is an American supermarket chain with stores located throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Maryland. Giant Eagle is the forty-ninth largest retailer in the United States with currently over 150 company-owned and 69 franchised stores!
Recipe of the Week
Lemon Yogurt Cookies
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup Traders Point Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, yogurt, oil, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
Drop cookies by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Edges should be slightly brown. Let cookies cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.
