Our Demonstration Garden

Our Demonstration Garden

I love spring anywhere, but if I could choose I would always greet it in a garden. ~Ruth Stout

Spring is here and we are in the process of planning our Demonstration Garden, soon to be planted! Our first round of planting will include spinach, Swiss chard, peas, onions, rosemary, and more.

The purpose of our Demonstration Garden will be to show TPC visitors, of all ages, basic gardening techniques for growing herbs, vegetables, and flowers, and to provide varieties of seasonal produce on the premise for The Loft Restaurant that is fresh, organically grown, and more delicious than is available otherwise.

Are you interested in greeting Spring with us in the garden? Keep on the lookout for upcoming dates on which you can volunteer in The Demonstration Garden!
