As Fall starts moving our way, so does our Second Annual Oktoberfest, Sunday October 26th from 12-6pm...this is truly the most fabulous, fun-filled day on the farm! 

Enjoy the Live Music of PolkaBoy's 13-piece Power Band, Traditional German Brats and Beer, Ice Cream, Hayrides, Bonfire, Pumpkin Patch, Games, Pet the Baby Calves and more...

Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the Gate. Children under 10 years free. You may buy tickets at Traders Point Creamery or on our website at www.traderspointcreamery.com.

Friday, September 12th, 5-8 PM.

Get ready for Italian Night at the Farm! This week we will be serving Angel Hair Pasta made with Trader's Point Creamery Creme Fraiche, Basil, and Shrimp. For a Vegetarian option we will add extra veggies and hold the shrimp.

To accompany this delicious dish we have tasty Foccacia bread and fresh salad served with tomatoes and carrot ribbons dressed in our homemade Yogurt Ranch or Italian Vinaigrette.

All meals come with a choice of Lemonade, Iced Tea, or Milk

Adults: $15.00          Chidren: $6.50

 We have a wide variety of delicious Organic Wines and Beers available. Visit our Bar outside the Farm Store to choose something to enjoy with your Dinner!

Rain or Shine!  If it rains, dinner will be served inside The Loft.

We are proud to have added Tuesdays to the days that we are open for Lunch on The Farm!

This week's Special at the Restaurant is the Aloha Burger. It comes with a delicious Teriyaki sauce, Fresh Pineapple, Red Onions, Traders Point Fleur De La Terre Cheese, and Garlic Aioli mayonnaise.

Autumn is in the air – and that means harvest time here at the Green Market at Trader’s Point Creamery!  You’ll have so many wonderful locally grown foods to choose from that your weekly meal planning will be a snap.   We’ll see you on Friday!
 
There isn't enough room to describe every vendor or every product at the Green Market.  So, here's who is planning to be here this Friday, September 12:

•    Bluffwood Creek Honey-liquid honey, bee pollen, honey sticks and candy, lip balm, and salves
•    Burton’s Maplewood Farm-maple syrup and fruit preserves
•    Country Mouse City Mouse-condiments, dips and dressings made from generational recipes
•    Countryside Orchard–variety of apples, from sweet to tart
•    Farming For Life-raw, lacto-fermented foods and beverages
•    Flower Child Aromatherapy-handmade soaps, sachets, teas, incense, and perfumes

•    Zen Sheep Farm-Certified Organic lamb and garlic

The Green Market runs from 4-8pm every Friday night, Rain or Shine, from now through October.  Please be prepared as most of the vendors accept only cash and check for payment.
 


Employment Opportunities at the Farm

Our Farm and Restaurant are growing so fast that we are still looking for a wide array of enthusiastic and hard working people to join our staff on the Farm!

We are looking for Wait Staff and Line Cooks who must be able to work weekends and some week days. So if you're friendly, want to give 110% and have a passion for our products, please contact us!

Spinach-Pesto Dip

Makes 9 servings

1 Cup Traders Point Creamery cottage cheese
1/2 Cup fresh spinach, torn into small pieces, stems removed and discarded
1/4 Cup fresh basil, torn into small pieces
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
1 Tablespoon of shredded Traders Point Creamery Fluer de la Terre cheese
1/8 Teaspoon pepper

 
In a Blender container, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Great with Pasta! Enjoy!
